Freestanding Jib Cranes

Freestanding Jibs are versatile cranes. They’re ideal for placement beneath large bridge cranes in open areas where they can serve multiple work stations. Freestanding Jibs are also popular for outdoor applications such as loading docks, or in machining and assembly operations where they can be overlapped with other jibs to provide staged operation.

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 360° rotation
  • 3 mounting styles: base-plate mounted, sleeve mounted, and insert sleeve mounted
  • Independent head assembly installs separately for ease of installation
  • Full supporting triangular base plate gussets are used instead of struts to minimize crane deflection and make positioning loads easier

Wall Bracket Jib Cranes

Wall Bracket Jib Cranes provide hoist coverage for individual use in bays, along walls or columns of plants, or as a supplement to an overhead crane or monorail system.

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 30 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Single tie rod, right-hand threaded at both ends for easy boom adjustment and installation
  • Ideal for swinging around obstacles or under obstructions

Wall Cantilever Jib Cranes

Wall Cantilever Jib Cranes provide hoist coverage for individual use in bays, along walls or columns of plants, or as a supplement to an overhead crane or monorail system. The jib has the advantage of providing maximum lift for the hoist, since it can be installed very close to the underside of the lowest ceiling obstruction.

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Requires a structurally adequate wall or column to mount to
  • Welded or bolted connection depending on bracket centers

Mast Type Jib Cranes

Mast Type Jib Cranes are floor supported and top stabilized. The efficient design eliminates the need for a special foundation, making it a cost-effective 360° rotation jib.

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 360° rotation

I-Beam Jib Cranes

Freestanding

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 360° rotation
  • 3 mounting styles: base-plate mounted, sleeve mounted, and insert sleeve mounted
  • Independent head assembly installs separately for ease of installation
  • Full supporting triangular base plate gussets are used instead of struts to minimize crane deflection and make positioning loads easier

Wall Bracket

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 30 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Single tie rod, right-hand threaded at both ends for easy boom adjustment and installation
  • Ideal for swinging around obstacles or under obstructions

Wall Cantilever

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Requires a structurally adequate wall or column to mount to
  • Welded or bolted connection depending on bracket centers

Mast Type

  • Capacities up to 10,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 360° rotation

Enclosed Track Jib Cranes

Freestanding

  • Capacities up to 1,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 16 ft.
  • 360° rotation
  • Top & bottom entry electrical collectors, top & bottom entry air swivels, and portable base
  • Designed to support tool balancers, air balancers, vacuum lifters, and hoists
  • Most can be bolted directly to existing floors without adding special foundations
  • A retaining pin through the pivot pin helps resist accidental upward dislodgement of the boom assembly

Wall Mounted Work Station

  • Capacities up to 1,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Can be mounted to a wall or column
  • Uses enclosed track for the boom assembly, which reduces dead weight for easier rotation than traditional I-Beam Jib Cranes

Aluminum Tie Rod

  • Capacities up to 2,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 20 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Made of lightweight aluminum enclosed track
  • Tie rod minimizes deflection for more precise positioning
  • Can be mounted to a well or column

Freestanding & Wall Mounted Tool Solution

  • Capacities: 50 lbs. & 150 lbs.
  • 50 lbs.:
  • Circular coverage: standard spans 4-10 ft.
  • 180° rotation
  • 150 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans 4-12 ft.
  • 200° rotation
  • Designed to be smaller, lighter and more cost effective for applications with suspended tools

Articulating Jib Cranes

Freestanding

  • Capacities up to 2,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 16 ft.
  • 360° rotation
  • Can be used with hook mounted lifting devices (electric, air, or vacuum)
  • Effortless rotation
  • Installation: floor mounted

Ceiling Mounted

  • Capacities up to 2,000 lbs.
  • Circular coverage: standard spans to 16 ft.
  • 360° rotation at each pivot point
  • Can be used with hook mounted lifting devices (electric, air, or vacuum)
  • Mounted overhead, no disruption to work flow in work cell
  • Compact design requires minimal overhead clearance for installation
